Join us at the observatory for night under the darkest skies in the UK, celebrating the beginning of a new year.

Our now famed New Year’s Eve parties are a real show-stopper, let us guide you through the facility and our high-tech instruments, including the new observatory. Our team of astronomers will show you the wonders of the night sky and answer any of your astronomy questions. Weather permitting, there will be the winter constellations overhead and the Milky Way still visible; it promises to be a great night.

Add to that the champagne, a delicious cold buffet, soft drinks and strong OCC coffee… The party can begin.

Oh I nearly forgot, Ceilidh dancing on the deck under the stars with live fiddle music till the wee small hours!
