Due to popular demand Kielder Observatory in partnership with the Forestry Commission are starting a whole new series of events in Kielder. We are aware that you may have tried to access the main observatory events but it was sold out, well this is as close as you will get to the observatory experience. We are going back to where the story started, the Kielder castle, this is the location from where Gary the observatories founder and director had the idea to build the observatory, its dark skies being the catalyst to all of the astronomy in the area.
